Wolf Search Solutions Promotes Laura Bonich to Senior Vice President of Recruiting

(Philadelphia, PA) – Wolf Search Solutions, a leading food industry recruiting firm, has expanded its executive leadership team, promoting Laura Bonich, its former Vice President of Recruiting to Senior Vice President of Recruiting. 

For over two decades and prior to joining Wolf, Bonich held leadership roles of increased responsibility with Fortune 100 giants as well as small cap entrepreneurial entities:  RSI-Burger King’s Purchasing Coop, Kerry Ingredients, Brooks Food Group, H.J. Heinz, Campbell Soup and Buddy Fruits.  She is a graduate of Florida International University where she earned her Master of International Business (MIB) and BA in Psychology degrees.  Additionally, she earned her culinary certification at the Culinary Institute of America. 


Company Founder & CEO, Lisa Wolf, said the promotion will expand the breadth of Wolf’s Executive Search and Emerging Leader Search practices and will allow her to focus on client development, Wolf’s scale-up strategy and new initiatives.

As Senior Vice President of Recruiting, Bonich will lead Wolf’s recently launched Emerging Leader Search division.  Her nationwide team of food industry recruiting experts focus 100% on Manager-to-Director level talent.  Additionally, Laura will continue to lead mission-critical Executive Search level assignments, immersing herself in the food industry, partnering with key industry associations, third party consultants and channel partners.
